    Wait in the drive through for 7 minutes and no one came. I backed up and went to the other lane where 2 orders were just taken. I get to the speaker to order and he says "sorry our system is down for 30 minutes and wont let us takeany orders, try again in 30 minutes" then told me "speak to a manager if you dont like it" and "happens every weekend". There's always an issue here. "Only accepting online orders", "Cash only". Not to mention the constant inappropriate music blasting so loud you can hear it outside. I get its just "food" but the point of "fast food" is for times where its late, or you aren't cooking, convenience. There is only good customer service with the morning staff. The ladies are always fast and genuinely nice.

    My only complaint is the speed of this location. I know when I go here I will be waiting if using the drive through or curbside pickup.

    Well, this place certainly earned it's sucky rating. I had to wait 10 minutes just to buy something so I could get a KEY for the bathroom. Why on earth would they lock their bathrooms. They're just asking for an accident. As someone with a disability I'm VERY disappointed.
