  How bout a negative 10? This was the worst I've ever been in. Teenagers everywhere, like 20. Talking loudly, cursing, being vulgar and no one is saying anything to them, just ignoring it likes it's not happening. The staff was so rude, wearing very dirty clothes and so hateful. We got 2 sandwiches, nothing special, nothing extra. After placing that simple order we waited to only pay for over 10 minutes. Not one employee was seen at the front end that whole time. The woman who i interacted with when someone finally came was so just nasty inside and out. When I told my husband let's go cuz she was so disgustingly rude, and i wasnt gonna stand for it by the likes of her she actually responded " peace". So disgusting personally and professionally. I would recommend driving the couple miles to the next one. With Immaturity and rudeness like that, who knows what's done to your food behind that wall if they don't like something about you. Some people just shouldn't have a job that interacts with other people. I was treated this way just trying to pay for my order, I can't imagine the reaction to someone who has a complaint or wrong order.

  Excellent service, the food was brought to the table and the server is extremely friendly and I had a good time made a few balloons and sang a song to some of the patrons Feliz Navidad

  This McDonald’s is a joke since the remodel. Every time I go here there is an issue, long wait, wrong items, you name it. This most recent visit I pulled through drivethru to get my order and was told to park in waiting spot. So I did, after about 20 mins no one ever came out to give me my order. Like employees were just standing at drive thru staring like they forgot they parked me. This location has become horrible and poorly ran. Y’all should fix that.

  Ordered a fish sandwich combo large with a coke plus a hot fudge sundae. The fish sandwich didnt have a steamed bun and was cold, the fries were cold. Woukd have took it back in to have it re done but sat in the drive thru line to long and didnt have time. Worst food ever threw it away. I have always liked this mcdonalds but today was aweful including the service.

  I stood at the front counter for over 25 minutes waiting on my breakfast and as I’m standing there I happen to see the managers not using gloves as they touch raw food. Then they touched money and went back to touching food. Uhm. Y’all are nasty! Then the GM started cussing at an employee and was belittling him as she spoke. Veronica how do you work at a kids fast food restaurant and treat kids so poorly?! McDonalds is about the kids and Veronica, GM is clearly not cut out for it. She speaks down to the younger staff and belittles the crap out of them. I won’t stop complaining over her rude behavior. And nasty hygiene. Girl! Wash your hands and your mouth! Shame on you lady. Then I get my food and I’m so disgusted at this point, can I get a refund?! 🤢 it went in the garbage. Garbage GM garbage food.
