    Just today was my best experience coming to this mcdonald's location. Usually from either 3 I'd get a rude attitude or them ignoring me. The person taking the order , the 1st , and then 2nd window. Today all 3 were super respectful and with beautiful smiles. Everything in the bag like its supposed to be. Thanks for actually doing your jobs you were paid to do, I'm tired of these kids who never worked a day in their lives acting like McDonald's is the hardest place to work. (try farm work. lol) Keep it up team!! 👏

    I asked clearly for a round egg substitution for my bagel in the drive-thru and still received the folded/rectangular egg. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager claimed he saw the person making the sandwich, which is ridiculous when the order said round egg and the sandwich I received obviously did not have one. Don’t insult customers by lying to cover a mistake. Take accountability, fix the order, and train staff properly. This was unacceptable service.

    Unbelievable experience! Ordered 2 McChicken value meals via drive thru. Looked in the bag and the 2 sandwiches were missing. Told the employee. The manager came to window and called my wife and I liars. Wife went in to get refund. Manager and staff called her a Karen. Unacceptable.
