I tried to order a meal, and I gave him the info for my sub, but then he just continued on, and didnt ask what sides I wanted. He said he just assumed I wanted chips and a drink. when I asked if I could get a 20oz bottle of Pepsi with my meal instead of a fountain drink, he said I couldn’t, I had to get a fountain drink. I’ve never been told this at any DiBella’s I’ve been to. It was a really unsatisfying experience and I ended up cancelling the order because this guy was ridiculous. Poor customer service, and he didn’t even get the location correct when he answered the phone, he said, thanks for calling DiBella’s in beavercreek. Even though I called the Centerville store. The guys name was Brent or Brett or something like that This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. This is just the last straw

Before, you could talk directly to the one preparing your sandwich on the way through the line so you could make sure you were getting what you want. Now you can only talk to the cashier, which leads to more mistakes in your order. They also seem more understaffed. The last two times I was there, I wound up walking out, the first because there was a long line, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken. The second time, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken again. Please, fix this place the way it was. I want to come back.
