Ambiance is warm with good energy - a very pleasant dining experience. The serving sizes are small with focus on flavor and good quality. The potatoes au gratin were an unexpected highlight of the filet mignon entree. I also recommend the seasonal cocktail for two, which is always unique and a sensory experience due to the clear canteen it's served in. This restaurant is a great place for special and romantic occasions due to it's lovely aesthetic and high prices.

10/10 all around. Incredible food selection and quality. Our server Travis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive but didn’t linger. We split the beet salad and lamb chop + fried rice appetizers (lamb chops were delicious). I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly, medium-rare. Also tried the sea bass in lobster broth, which even came with some bites or lobster claw! Great wine, cocktail, and mocktail selection as well. I hope to be back in Columbus soon just so that I can go to Guild House again!

We had a group of 15 for our client breakfast and everything was exceptional! From the quick email communication to the fabulous hospitality from the minute we walked in the door, The Guild House was a perfect selection for our event. Claire and Amber were absolutely delightful. The ambience was beautiful, the food was delicious. Several people in our party are gluten free and we were very pleased with the menu accommodations. We were all impressed with how the food came out together, even though a few people ordered later. Must visit if you're in Columbus!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A consistently great dining experience
I’ve been a customer of The Guild House for some time now, and it has never disappointed. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, making it ideal for both special occasions and relaxed nights out.
The food is consistently excellent thoughtfully prepared, well-presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell care goes into every dish. The service is just as impressive: attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed.
Overall, The Guild House continues to be one of my go-to spots in Columbus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a memorable dining experience.

Made a reservation here for a birthday meal for our party of 4. The entire party was so disappointed, in the food and the service. The restaurant was completely empty. Our service left a lot to be desired. From the start half (2 of the people) in our party, the drink orders were wrong. We were never told any specials, or that they had any at all. It wasn't until we were mid-meal, and a nearby table had the specials told to them, that we were informed that there were any. We had 2 appetizers - the carrot soup, and burrata. The carrot soup came out luke-warm, the dumplings were cold, stale and undercooked, and lastly -the burrata was laughable. The burrata was placed on 4 small, thinly sliced pieces of bread, the menu read sourdough - however you would have never known. The toast was drenched in olive oil, with a layer of what looked like squeezable avocado spread... making the toast a soggy pathetic mess.
The entrées came out - The chicken, sirloin, pork and a lobster pasta dish. The chicken and pork dishes were as described - and were enjoyed. The sirloin dish featured a potato gratin that was roughly the same temperature as the cold plate it came out on, and the dumpling theme continued to the lobster pasta. It was undercooked, lacked any flavor, and was a stale unappealing mess.
The only thing they seemed to have down, with the exception of the burrata, was presentation. For our party of four, the bill was over $200. No food was taken home. The whole experience was extremely underwhelming. Our waitress did make it a point to tell us that she'd been there since breakfast and she was tired (our reservation was for 5pm).
This was an expensive experience that failed to deliver on quality or value.
