They went so far as to grab our valet ticket off the table while we still had wine in our glasses and stated they would get our keys. Waitress came right back and told us to “have a good night” and that our car was out front. The car was NOT there so we ended up waiting in the rain for 10 minutes. The Avenue was always that one place we knew we could have a great experience but after last night we will think twice.

I can understand it happening once, but year after year? It’s seems like some kind of metaphor for the bougiefocation of Grandview. Not our kind of place, so it’s not a huge loss - but it represents poor planning.
