Best broccoli I’ve ever had in my life. The service was amazing and we did not wait long a great way to bring in the new year.

After, we were brought water and bread we had our drink order taken. We probably waited 15 minutes for our drinks to come back (one wine and one bourbon on the rocks). After drinks were served we were asked about apps and we both got one. Waited about 30-40 minutes for them to come out. Placed entree order. Waited an extended amount of time. By the time our entrees had come out we had been at the restaurant for almost an hour and a half. I had ordered the lamb with a side of lobster tail (over $100 for both items combined) and he got a steak. I was heavily disappointed to find that half my lamb “meat” was just straight fat, completely charred on the bottom, and not even remotely warm. My partner got shrimp added to his steak dish and when it came out with three shrimp on it I gasped. $17 add on for shrimp and there’s only 3 on the plate? Ouch! Our waiter was average, but kind. He did not come back to check on us after entrees arrived. We would have stayed for a dessert but I was so put off by the experience and length of the dinner that I doubt we will be returning. Understanding that it was NYE, but on a night you know you’re going to be busy with reservations, you’ve got to bring your A game. Overpriced for the quality we received in the entrees and the slow and mediocre service. The apps were delicious though, the only savior of the evening.

The ribeye with blue cheese crust was 20/10, snapper was 20/10 and all the sides were seasoned to perfection!!! A random family dinner date to Mitchell's was a success! Thanks Cameron Mitchell!
