    The restaurant was an absolute disaster. Trash was scattered across the floor, and the air was filled with the sound of other patrons grumbling about the appalling lack of cleanliness. It was painfully obvious that the staff was completely overwhelmed and not keeping up with the mess, which made the entire dining experience feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. To make matters worse, we had to endure a minimum 20-minute wait for every single order. The combination of the filthy environment and the excruciatingly slow service made for a truly disappointing and frustrating visit. This restaurant failed on multiple levels, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

    Probaly the worst Dairy Queen in Ohio!! Depending on which group of people are working will depend on if you get decent or flat out horrible service! * dont be in a rush and come here *

    I ordered a single cheeseburger combo, and someone literally took an old sandwich and reheated it in the microwave... The sandwich is literally crushed...... I just ate my fries and threw the sandwich away because it's un edible. I ordered a small superman blizzard for my son and I received it melted and I had to place it in the freezer when I got home. The lady also forgot my drink as well. I'm tired of paying my hard earned money for awful food. I don't care how long it takes pull me up and I'll wait on my food. I hate wasting my money, because now I have to throw this in the trash.

    This location is kinda slow but the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly they keep the restaurant clean I have no complaints other than the slowness but I guess if u want fresh food it’s worth a little wait time
