If you're in a rush, do not go there. The service is very slow and the prices are higher due to it being in the edged City. Whenever I'm traveling, the prices on a highway are locked. Cheaper. Like you can get two's fish sandwiches for $6. But when you're in the inner City, you don't get such deals. I try my best not to go there. Thank you

Says they are open until 330 we drive up at 11:15pm and they let us sit there for a min and then say “door dash or pick up order” and said no can we put in an order and they don’t let us order?? Doesn’t make any sense you’re still taking online orders making food anyway so pretty sure they just didn’t want to take our order

It's hard some mornings u really dont want to have people walk up to ur car asking for money right at the drive thru. The service is definitely getting faster but unless u have 1 particular Rockstar at the window giving u ur food something is always going to be wrong.
Another thing they really need to stop this automated voice asking about mobile app because when I get to the first window they ask u for it anyway so y waste time and have people answer the recording when 1. It dont listen no how and 2. The person taking ur order asks u anyway ots a stupid stall tactic that makes the morning commute even longer

You guys overcharge me & when I Brought it to the servers attention, I was told it was because I got “small drinks” with my happy meals instead of the regular kid size drinks…… even though I was aware never requested Any particular size drink (let alone a larger size than The happy meal comes with) I didn’t have time to go back-and-forth because I’d already been waiting nearly 40 minutes in your drive-through line & there weren’t that many cars, you guys also have have 2 lanes so not exactly sure what the holdup was. But once I got home, I realized in one of the happy meals, I actually ordered /received a juice box…… (Photo reference ) A juice box comes in 1 size & it’s actually one of the normal drink options for a happy meal. (I believe you can only get it with a happy meal ) So not only did I never order what you guys overcharge me for, I never received it, Nor is it notated on my receipt .I also asked for a cheeseburger in 1 of the happy meals (That’s on the receipt, in the photo reference) the order taker Repeated to be sure I wanted a cheeseburger & not a hamburger . But somehow, I received two happy meals with nuggets. (Photo reference notice There are 4 Boxes of four piece nuggets I should have only 3 As the receipt states, but you guys swamped out The burger I requested and a happy meal for nuggets) My child was very unhappy. Also asked for Mac sauce lettuce & tomato to be added to my burger.… The person taking my order, literally repeated “Mac Sauce”back to me. But instead, on the receipt it was somehow printed as “Lettuce tomato & Extra cheese” (Photo reference) & that’s exactly what I received On my burger. This was an awful experience I was overcharged me about 5$ for it. The number on the receipt was 1529 for this transaction. The day & time were 10/14/25 11:25 pm. (Photo reference ) Never again. Please do better
