    Yesterday at around 2:20pm I placed my drive thru order when I got to the window the employee just shoved the card reader at me to pay and I asked what the balance was and she got mad, rolled her eyes, and gave me an attitude because I asked for my balance. Then when I went to insert my payment she took my card again with an attitude to do the tap herself. That was really bad service. After that rude experience I will avoid going to that location again.

    The staff seemed completely overwhelmed with only 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people inside, but were still moving with zero sense of urgency, moving and responding and ridiculously slow speeds. I ordered a cheeseburger, fish filet, and a coke. Sat at the drive thru window for a long time waiting after i paid. Finally got my order and there was no ice in my drink. I told the window girl, who told the employees in the back. She came back and said "they don't seem to care". When I asked if she was serious, she said "well, they'll have to refill it, and I don't know if you feel like waiting, or...." so whatever, I chose not to wait. I parked to look at my food because considering the service so far and the the carelessness I could see in the kitchen, I knew it would be crap. My burger had one pickle, and my fish filet had lettuce and tomato on it. I went back in to get a normal filet, waited again for a very long time even tho there was only ONE other person inside and he was only ordering a 6 piece nugget. Finally the guy behind the counter mumbled something incoherent to me, I told him I wanted a normal filet without lettuce and tomato, to which he replied with some other mumble before slinking to the back, as slowly as possible, only to return with a filet that had probably 4 times the normal amount of tarter sauce, which I'm sure was on purpose since I asked for the correct order. Keep in mind, I made no mention of the crap cheesburger and the drink with no ice. The staff seems unable to handle any amount of orders, and even more so, do not seems to want to be there. Aside from the employee who took my money (guy with long red hair), everyone else there seems like they're angry they have to do the work they're being paid to do, with sighs and "ughh" 's whenever they have to do something to fufill an order, with zero courtesy, zero customer service, and a bad attitude. I suggest the owner restructures by firing the staff and rehiring completely. Until then, don't ever, EVER, go to this McDonald's.

    It says it is open 7:24 on Google Maps but I came to the shop and it is not open and there are lights on inside and people are not interested. Please go immediately. This situation is very bad, it is very helpless and it is not a good thing. If you are providing a service, please provide a high quality service. You will not provide this, do not provide it at all.

    They don't have their team in order and are all confused what's going on and can't get things right, the food wasn't bad but the service is not there, very rushed and pushy to get you out fast and don't even things correct.

    I went to this McDonald’s and ordered through the mobile app. They were very disorganized and had no clue what my order was and mistook it for a DoorDash. They finally figured out my order and told me to pull up to the next window and wait. 20 minutes later I got my order and a black female told me to pull up more and handed me my order in a very disrespectful manner. My food was cold and I was still missing a hash brown. I didn’t bother to go back because of the awful service. The workers there clearly don’t care about their life so they wouldn’t care about others food. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!
