Unfortunately, the customer service at the bar was extremely disappointing. The bartenders were rude, unprofessional, and made us feel unwelcome. There was a clear lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness, which really took away from the experience. The only exception was Kelly, who was kind, respectful, and actually provided good service. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise very negative interaction. I truly hope management addresses this, because the attitude behind the bar does not reflect the kind of experience customers should have.

We watched more than 4 people sit at the bar for over 3-5 minutes and not even get acknowledged, it wasn't just us. They weren't even busy. I forgot I ordered another it was so long. 12/27 Would be happy to discuss if there was a contact provided.
- JMJust meDec 25, 20255.0I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. it’s perfect for a low-key date night or solo date. I came myself and sat at the bar. The lighting is dim and the playlist was at the perfect volume so people didn't have to shout. I ordered the spicy paloma, and drink was high-quality and made it very smooth. Service was a bit fast on a christmas night, ans the staff was friendly. Note: It gets very crowded after 10 PM, so arrive early if you want a booth!
