  The store has friendly employees that are helpful. The restrooms were very clean and orderly.

  I stopped here to get gas and energy drinks. None of the 4 employees on duty had no idea how to scan my true north card, and had no idea how to apply the discounts advertised in the store, no buy 2 get one free, they even charged me more than the actual price, The 10 gallons of gas I got didn’t even give me half a tank, and a few days later my debit card started getting charges I didn’t make, so something definitely shady going on here.

  My daughter and I came in for snacks and slushies on a beautiful summer day. While getting slushies before heading to the register, my daughter was tasting the flavors to see which she wanted to mix when some short, older man with glasses and a hat on comes closer and folds his arms, eyeing my daughter. Creepy 👀 My daughter is finishing her slushie when this man starts harrassing my child! Asking her why she’s doing that, if she has any sense, etc. I catch his name on his name tag so naturally I’m going to address Mr. Bobby by name while defending my child before we stormed out with nothing but disbelief and baffled. How in the world is that representing “Great service”?? Maybe he’s more so implementing the “Fast service”. I can only imagine what he’d say to an adult if that’s how he would talk to a child…we surely won’t be returning.

  The manger Bobby is the reason why they have no workers in there he was yelling at one of his employees while I was there it was very distasteful to hear no one should be treated with the amount of disrespect he has for he employees he need to be fired too hot headed to be a manager honestly

  I’ve been too this store a few times , the first time I came it was very horrible on the inside even down to employees and management attitudes are nasty , but the next time I came in there was a guy working there and ever since he’s made my experience 10 times better , very polite , helpful , actually someone in there who actually likes their job , if he’s not in there ringing people up I will turn around and go to another gas station becuase I cannot handle the rudeness Expecally the guy manger I think his name is Bobby or something I’ve heard him yell at his employees I’ve actually heard him make an employee cry , I’m not sure why he’s still there or why they are allowing management to talk to there employees like they are beneath them but it’s disgusting and no one should be treated that way everyone is human , idk what that true north location would do if they loose one of there best employees who enjoys making the customers happy other than that it’s depressing to even go in.
