    Food was made fresh. Very good. Building is currently in the process of remodeling, fair warning. We had dinner a little closer to closing time, so staff was working on pre-close work making them a little hard to track down when we needed something, otherwise they were very friendly.

    It was horrible. The food was cold and the order was wrong. They didn't want to fix it either. They acted ridiculous about aostake that either party could've made. Fact is it shouldn't matter they shouldve fixed it.

    Update: 11/10- ljs has reimbursed me $9.99. nothing more, at least the overcharge has been applied back to me. I am extremely leary of their app and I would not use it again because of the potential for issues. The amount of time it took me to reach out to them and to go through this terrible experience was exhausting. Update: it's now 11/6. Still no word from Long John silver's. This location is not yet refunded me. I've tried calling again no answer my next step is to visit the location in person and to file a complaint online with the appropriate agency. I am still awaiting a refund for a $9.99 overcharge from an app purchase made on 10/31, which was promised at the drive-thru window. Despite numerous calls to the location, I have yet to receive a refund or any attempt to rectify the issue. As of 11/3, I have been forced to initiate a dispute through my bank. Unfortunately, the unprofessional staff and apparent lack of concern from the company have led me to vow never to return.

    Not too many LJS around. Great associates. Hot, delicious fish and chicken. Cole slaw is still outstanding. Clean location.
