I left with the feeling of community that gave Starbucks its touch. The coffee was pretty good too. Great spot to go during shopping season - can’t recommend it enough!

First, when you enter, they have an ambassador who is there to greet you and answer any and all questions. He/she will explain all the perks you enjoy as a Capital One cardholder: i.e., 50% off your beverage, free WiFi, and reserving a "nook" for personal space and quiet time for 2 hours. Bonus: while we were there, they had free candies with pieces of gingerbread mixed in and make-your-own ornaments.

I was helped by Sylver and I believe it was her second day. She is the epitome of fantastic and friendly customer service. I’m so grateful to her and every measure she took to try to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond to help. The Capital One café in general is a fantastic place to visit. It’s warm and cozy and you can take also take care of your finances. Thank you again! I really love the concept and I love all the baking services that I’ve received so far! Do Capital One Customers get perks at the Café?
Yes. While everyone can take advantage of all the things that Cafés have to offer whether you bank with us or not, Capital One customers can get 50% off handcrafed beverages every day when using a Capital One debit or credit card. Account holders of any Capital One product (18+ years of age or older) can reserve semi-private nooks available within almost every Café.
Can I open an account at Capital One Café?
Yes, through our self-service option, you can apply to open an account at a Capital One Café. Chat with a Café Ambassador and they can help you get set up.
How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH
- Request duplicate tax forms be mailed to you
- Order a checkbook
Are there ATMs at a Capital One Café?
Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
