DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. I placed my order at 11pm they close at Midnight. I selected the ASAP option which did not state a specific time and of course paid for my order online. I got a email shortly after stating my order would be ready at 11am!!! Called the store 100x somebody finally answered. Ask to speak to a manager waiting on the line 20 minute no manager. I arrived at store at 11:30 and the store manager Hannah told me that I would have to be refunded because I couldn’t get my order after waiting 10 minutes up front. Horrible business and customer service. 3-5 days to get my money back, no food, and I’m a third shift nurse so I’ll have to eat snacks the rest of my shift. I wouldn’t advise spending a dollar here but really not online. Website states that online orders can’t be refunded and doesn’t give you a time when selecting ASAP FYI.
If I could give this place anything less than one star. I absolutely would I placed an order an hour ago and I still have not recived it. I called in and asked them about my order and they told me that they are not taking any other orders and that I needed to contact the main office on Friday, and then hung up.
This was possibly the worst experience ive had here ever. We arrived at 648. I know because i texted my inlaws where our table was. They were 3 minutes behind us. We ordered drinks at 655, and food at 715. First they were out of the first 4 drinks we ordered. Bud light, miller light Budwieser and Heineken 0.0, all out of stock, but they had mango cart (it's twice the cost of the other 4). We think alright whatever. No biggie. Well 8pm rolls around and we have witnessed 4 other parties who came in, placed orders, got food, and paid and left and we only have had first drinks.. We start asking and of course the answer is the kitchen is behind. Sure, maybe, but why are people coming and going and we still are waiting? We also ONLY ordered wings. Nothing fancy, no weird order changes. Just wings for a table of 7 (4 adults 3 children).we eventually had to ask them to make it a to go order. Then after my inlaws agreed to take the kids home while we waited for them to combine reciepts and turn our order into a take out order (hour and a half after being seated) they finally sent out the manage with our food and boxes so we could box our to go order? Wait a hot second. Im not boxing left overs, after id spent an hour and a half eating. You want me to box my own food for a take out order because your kitchen is busy? Now to be fair the manager comped 50% of the bill which still doesnt seem quite fair considering we spent 90 minutes with a table of empty drink glasses only to have to box our own to go order, just to drive the 25 minutes home to eat cold food.. Waitress was sweet but pretty sure she forgot to put the order in entirely until some one asked where it was. Just an over all a fail. I will not be back. Nor will my inlaws. Nor should anyone who reads this. Thats not how you operate. If something was missed just own up to it instead of telling lies like the kitchen is backed up, when there is clearly food coming out and im watching people come in, order, get food, and leave...
Cant answer the bottom question accurately, we went to dine in but after 90 minutes asked for take out which we were made to box ourselves.

Ordered delivery and didn’t get a single thing right. The crazy part is I never complain about food; I always just accept stuff for how it is, but this was just insane. First, both my girlfriend’s wings had little to no sauce on them. Second, the pickles look like they just thawed them out of the freezer and just said, “Here you go!” Third, they forgot both are fries; her potato wedges and my regular fry. Which pretty much always happens; they always have no care to give you the food you ordered. Yeah and anytime I try to get a refund their is no one to reach out to or anything my whole order was just wrong.

Showed up a little after 9pm . Waited a second to get service . A Server walks up and takes care of us , she was very nice and even had a conversation with me for a short time about her daughter ! . We ordered drinks and appetizers, those came out fairly fast . when we ordered our food , it took a long time & only my burger came out after nearly 45 minutes , so my kids naturally started devouring my food while waiting on theirs . I was told the entire kitchen staff went on their breaks and my wings had a few more minutes . (I ordered 20 of the same flavor) there were only two tables in the entire building, mine , and one right behind me . They showed up 25 minutes after me and got their food first . My server was the best part of my dining experience. She corrected everything I had an issue with , and made sure to keep checking back , cups were refilled in a timely manner and she was respectful . As for the rude server, blonde bun on her head , a little older that was serving the other table behind me , making smart remarks as she walked by when I was correcting my own child to sit down, Please mind your own, don’t tell my child “he’s okay” when I’m telling him to do something , then proceed to whisper “golly” under your breath. That’s beyond disrespectful .
The manager also could’ve did a table touch to make sure everything was okay , instead she stayed in the back . I’ve worked in the service industry for over 8 years , and I understand that things happen . But I was very frustrated and it wasn’t to get a discount or to get free food. I’m a manager and I work first shift roughly 50 & 60 hours a week , I wanted to grab something quick for my family and I and just relax . But the delay on the food caused my children to grow impatient and start moving around . I wish I would’ve got my servers name , she was the closer tonight , and had black hair . I tipped her for the trouble and thanked her a ton , telling her it wasn’t her fault . The kitchen could've at least pushed the food out and then took their break. The server wasn’t the issue , it was the lack of effort in BOH . I hope my next experience is better .
