But the driver (Clayton) delivered my order to the wrong address, or didn't deliver it at all, I don't know. Either way, I'm stuck holding the bill for somebody else's dinner and the store that is supposed to be open until 9 is not willing to answer the phone so I can rectify the situation. I won't be ordering from Hooks again, if this is how a customer is treated.
