Just disappointment and pure loser energy. I get it — it’s McDonald’s, expectations are already low — but you’d think correctly packing a Postmates order would be within their basic grasp. Apparently not. To really seal the insult, they tossed in a laughably small amount of BBQ sauce and ketchup. If you’re going to mess up an order this badly, maybe this isn’t the job for you. It honestly feels like this location plays games with delivery orders, knowing they don’t have to face customers. Funny how this kind of nonsense never seems to happen when you’re standing inside the restaurant. Save yourself the frustration. NEVER order from this location, especially through Postmates. They don’t care, they don’t double-check orders, and they clearly don’t respect customers’ time or money. Worst McDonald’s location.

Food was alright but the nerve this person had to be like “Do you think I can hear you?” (with teenage angst). My question was respectful and said in a respectful manner but when she said that so disrespectful. I don't know what possessed this woman shes from ohio shes not from anywhere threatening its ohio. No reason to act up like that. She had to get a new worker and mean mugged us like a bulldog staring at a chihuahua stealing his food.

It’s a below 1 start experience all together for me. I didn’t even eat the food. As a breast feeding mother looking for something to put in my system for my baby can have some milk I was very disappointed by this.
