I did a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes before calling in and being told to cancel the order, which you can't do once it charges. Had to go inside and waited another 10 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. The managers are rude to both customers and their own employees. Manager was being loud and could be heard from up front being rude to the young lady who was trying to get me my food after the 30+ minutes and already being charged.

Was handed a bag at the first window, lady didn’t confirm my order, say thank you or have a nice day, she actually didn’t say anything at all just had a stone cold look on her face and jerked the bag towards me. This is probably the worst McDonald’s, just look at their drive thru and ticket times.

Mind you the only person in line, multiple workers walked by my not asking hey what can I get you or nothing. After walking away for like a second I said maybe I’ll just order on the online stand that they have, and im still waiting for 5 minutes. Just really poor and lazy work…
