If i order a hot tea from fast food i don't expect to have to make it myself in drive thru. I could have stayed home did it myself while using my own hot water, tea bag and sugar. The whole idea of fast food from my understanding is paying for the service of having food prepared for you. I could have burned myself making hot tea in my car. Please do better.

Ordered the Spicy “Deluxe” sandwich and didn’t have any tomato, a little bit of lettuce and some spicy sauce i went back just to let them know I didn’t want the whole sandwich just tomato and spicy sauce but the little girl at the window was with an attitude since went the first time I asked her for some napkins, she told me but you eat some of the sandwich that’s not your problem girl I was hungry I just came to let you know, we are paying for something give at least the correct thing, never again

Used mobile app. Waited in line 15 minutes. Once finally made it to speaker all I heard was clicking while the other speaker was working and pushing other cars out that were after me. I went inside and when I hit pick up inside instead my order was cancelled. I walked in and was told they don't see the order. The app sometimes cancels order for no reason. I see they were busy both in and out and I was just left in limbo. Not happy with what service we did get. App has issues if it just cancels orders for no reason and still no food. Disconnecting app since it's useless. Will go to a different location where I can get actual service and don't feel rushed off.

The place was clean. The young lady took my order was kind and sweet. Even brought my meal to my table. McDonald's is changing the fast food game at this particular restaurant.

I loved the crispy chicken strips...until I got some here..they were hard cold..it was awful..weather was bad so I didn't take them back...it spoiled everything I liked about the strips when I first had them.
