    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. We ordered pizza and wings for the first Ohio state game of the season for our family and friends. We ordered at 11:00 a.m they told us 30 minutes and we picked it up around 11:45. When I got home, the food was freezing cold and the wings were definitely not fresh—they tasted like they were cooked yesterday. The fries were cold, pizza cold. For a $45 order, I expected much better quality and care. Really let down this time.

    Today is July 14th 2025. I went to my local neighborhood Pizza Hut for the buffet I go in and there's a sign it says. Please wait to be seated. The lady behind the counter looks at me doesn't acknowledge me and doesn't seat me. There's three other people in the restaurant total she proceeds to go over to a table get a stack of dishes and take them to the kitchen where I can hear her wrestling around with them. So I'm still standing there. I look over at the buffet. It looks very pathetic. It was around noon so it had been open for probably about and had and still had another hour and a half to go on the buffet. So after not being greeted when I came through the door and not being seated and seeing that the buffet looked unattended, I promptly did an about face and left. If you think that a stack of dishes is more important than a customer when there's only three people in the restaurant, you are sadly mistaken.

    Very friendly people. The lady today at the counter was super awesome and friendly as can be. Loved walking in there and being well taking care of .
