There were only two employees working, and one of them was sitting and talking on the phone during work hours. I asked when my order would be ready, and I was told it would take another 15 minutes. My time was important because I had work to do. Employees should be working during work hours and not using their phones. I hope this issue will be addressed. Thank you.

Brought it home and realized there was no marinara with our order. We don’t live far from this location so I drove back up there thinking they forgot it. I was told that they were out of marinara until the truck arrives tomorrow. Sorry but nothing they could do about it. So I said “maybe tell us when we picked it up. Maybe not charge us for the additional cups. (I know it was only a couple dollars but it was the principle of the matter). The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and walked away. I guess customer service is not something they prioritize in employees
