    I have never been so embarrassed to witness a business run so poorly. What made the situation worse was the manager openly telling a customer that she did not know how to perform basic functions of her role. As a manager, the last thing a customer should hear is “I don’t know” when it comes to handling standard job responsibilities. After speaking with her, I completely forgot the original reason I even came into the establishment due to the confusion and lack of leadership. The drive-thru could not locate my order, and the manager was unable to cancel it, issue a refund, or provide the order inside simply because it was placed through the drive-thru. There was no solution offered, only uncertainty and wasted time. This experience reflected extremely poor management and training. Customers should not have to deal with this level of incompetence, especially from someone in a leadership position. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and corrective action is taken to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

    They got 2 orders wrong in a row. Also don’t plan on ordering online or in person they don’t watch the register and when they know you’re there will continue to ignore you. Chic Fil A is about 5 minutes away go there.

    Absolute Rock Bottom – Worst McDonald's Experience Ever! I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s locations over the years, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. The staff here are not just unfriendly—they’re openly rude, dismissive, and even mocking. The whole atmosphere felt hostile. It’s clear the staff here don’t care about customers at all, and management either doesn’t notice or doesn’t care. I will never return to this location, even if it’s the only McDonald’s open within 50 miles. I’d rather drive an hour out of my way or just go hungry than give this place another cent of my money. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Strongly recommend corporate looks into this branch—it's a disgrace to the brand.

    Every time I come here I feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees. Fries are always dumped out in the bag. I always ask for my receipt and they always tell me the printer doesn't work. Cuz I like to scan my receipts. And very annoyed that I paid 60 cents for a sauce that's not even halfway full. On top of that the main manager lady is extremely unpleasant. Talks to her crew very rudely and belittles the customers. This place has really lost their core value.

    So many things went wrong during our most recent visit to this location. First, we pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:25 to order breakfast. No one greeted us or responded for several minutes. When someone finally did come on the speaker, they asked us to pull up to the next order station. As soon as we did, the menu changed to lunch and they would not let us order breakfast. I can somewhat understand, so didn’t get too upset about it. I ordered two happy meals, one with a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a lemonade. Only the drinks were ready at the window and my son’s lemonade looked obviously like water. I asked the lady about it and she said “ that’s how it’s coming out.” So I took it and pulled up to a parking spot to wait on food like she asked. Them lemonade machine was obviously broken because it was basically just water with a hint of lemon. So while I waited on my food, I walked inside to get a new drink. I stood at the counter and got no service. The only person in there was a guy still waiting his food, so I dumped the drink and got my own new one. After another ten minutes, the food finally came out (with another “lemonade” water.) My happy meals both were missing fries and my son’s cheeseburger came with mustard, even though we asked for only ketchup. So back inside I had to go again to get the right order. The buns were burnt to beat! This place is a mess.
