- JTJeff Taylor6 days ago2.0I’m a long time DiBellas fan, but haven’t been to Blue Ash in quite some time. First, we walk in, no greeting. We come in at peak dinner time and my daughter and I are the only customers. Placing the order was painful. I had to repeat our order, three times…for each sandwich. The food quality was below standard and it took 20 minutes to get our food. AND to top it off, every booth was dirty. Let’s see, no customers, yet no initiative to clean dirty booths. Clearly the employees working tonight are “doing time” just for the paycheck. I feel bad for the owners. A normally great product so poorly represented.
