I called at 11:50 placed the order and was told to hold on, drove to the store and was still on hold when I arrived 25 minutes later, employee was frazzled and said he was the only one who was working. That is not my problem, he was very rude and could care less. Terrible customer service, I would give 0 stars if aI could. Please do better. I placed a very large order only to be on hold 25 minutes and ordered was not even started. Never again!! Reading the other reviews I see this is business as usual for this Pizza Hut

Show up to the store around the pick up time and the door is locked with no one inside. I called, and the woman who answered said she’d need to transfer my call directly to the store. And obviously no one answered. Apparently this has happened to other people, so just don’t order from here, period.
