Got two 4 piece BBQ chicken baskets and the chicken in both were torn up. I don't know if they had anger problems or not. The toast that came with it was soggy so had to throw it out. When you bite into toast you expect a crunch not some soggy bread that's dripping. Fries were also soggy definitely not fresh. All this was only 5 mins after ordering. On top of everything they didn't ask what sauces we wanted with the chicken strip box and were just going to give us ranch for the sauce. Every location I've ever been at has asked me which sauce. I would highly recommend people to avoid this location at all cost. The last time I came here they didn't have anything available. How can you be open but can't do anything beside ice cream?. I will not be returning to this location.

This visit was terrible. Not only could I not use my card because the system was down but then I order a large cotton candy blizzard and got charged for a large but when I received it not only was it in a medium cup because they didn't have large cups apparently but the cup wasn't even all the way full so I got a small blizzard for the price of a large and they wouldn't give me a refund. Then my boyfriend ordered a #7 and when we received it the burger was barely even covered and it was just threw in the bag which made a mess in the bag, fries were so hard he couldn't even eat them but I also didn't get a drink but yet they charged him $10.50. The only thing that came right out of the entire order was a chocolate sundae. So I spent $10.50 for a sloppy burger and hard fries when it was supposed to be the combo meal WITH A DRINK and paid $6 for a small cotton candy blizzard that they tried to pass off as a large. Dq is my favorite place to go just for the cheese curds and cotton candy blizzard but this was the worst service in my entire life at all the restaurants we go to. I've never had a complaint about this store normally the people are cool as hell and normally we get excellent service so not sure if management caused this poor service or what but I'd say something definitely is not right.
