I have stopped here several times as it is l 1 of 2 resturants available at this exit with 3 truck sops and where i can meet my truck driving boyfriend. We have experienced long wait times, cold food; orders not made right, and dirty tables, but always went back because of the food choices available at that exit. After our visit last night or should I dare say attempted visit I am honestly not sure if we will be back. Last night I placed an order to pick up at the drive thru thr I ught thier mobile app, arrived 5 minutes later, sat at a lit up restaurant for another 5 minutes before parking and going in to find a closed restaurant. All the lights were on except the kitchen lights, doors were locked or blocked off, no signs saying sorry were closed, and the employees of the attached Pilot knew nothing about why they were closed. I called a phone number that I did find on the door and spoke to a woman who was unaware that this 24 hour store was closed. When I expired that I was unhappy with the fact that I had ordered through the mobile app and that my order was already deducted from my account she stated that she would leave a massage with someone and they would try to refund my account. Doesn't help when that was t he last of your money till you get paid the next day and that was your supper for the day. Easy solution would be to either be open as your advertising or to have it so mobile orders cannot be placed.
