When I say the oil is old and the fries come out dark brown and not mention cold don’t tell me I should use an air fryer if I don’t like the taste of oil. You could taste the old oil and if it’s that big of a deal do your job and change the oil. Then maybe you wouldn’t have someone complain about it. But no they wanted to act like I was the problem when it’s the lazy workers fault for not doing their job. Terrible

I attempted several times to put in a mobile order and asked for help. They would not assist me with this because they stated they were too busy and I would need to come inside. It is always ran like this slow service, long waits, and cold food. The Lewis legacy was not built on what I just witnessed tonight. Shameful! Whoever the male manager is working on 10-17-25 at 10:20pm needs replaced. Going above and beyond for customers needs to return! I would challenge the district manager or one of the owners to shop this location in the evening!
