You pull up to the speaker to order, then you pull up to the first window and order again, but make sure you get your receipt because if you don’t have it at the second window you’ll be ordering again. Then they give you a bag with some of what you ordered and you have to go in and ask for the rest of what you already paid for and ordered 3 times. Once inside, watch your step because the entire floor is covered in grease for some reason, you go up to the counter and try to get someone’s attention because they’ll straight up ignore you otherwise, tell them what you’re missing and they’ll rudely give you what you should have already had. The food is usually decent enough but not really much of a value for your dollar by the time you go through all that. Hasn’t McDonald’s been around for like 100 years? Seems like they would have systems in place to make things go a little smoother for the customer by now and maybe the slightest idea about customer service but this one is more of a “pay me, screw you” operation. I’ve decided to stop wasting my time and money at this location.
