  Updating my review as if 3/15/26 the following day the owner Kevin contacted me regarding the service we received and had a agreement of what occurred is not the normal at the Outback Steakhouse and greatfull for what he had done for me and my family for our experience, I will go in and speak to Kevin in person as well to meet with him and have a new experience and will update another review on this as may have been a fluke I called into the restaurant for call ahead seating as I was with party of 9 people and a infant in a stroller when I arrived the hostess was clueless and they did not have a table ready, upon finally getting a table we sat for 20 mins without evening being greeted finally a manager came over and said there was a mix up and a server would be over soon once server came over he took drinks and appitizer order after about another 15-20 mins the apps came out still had no drinks finally server had someone bring drinks and had to wait an additional 10 mins for the bar drinks which weee watered down as I seen them sitting at the bar when I stood up to find someone, by the time I went to order my dinner due to lack of service they did not have the correct temp of the prime rib we wanted which was provided was overcooked and the kids chicken fingers were very crispy as they left it in fryer for too long this was a very bad experience at outback for our family gathering and left a yelp review as well as currently restaurant is rated 2 stars the previous manager that was there in past ensured he visited the tables the lady who was working never checked back with us who was the manager after knowing we had a issue from the start. The restaurant needs a lot of help staff wise as you can observe the manager on duty was not helping the servers on the floors with recovery at all even at the end when I asked to speak to the manager regarding the service no one ever came out to speak with me which at that point paid our bill and left the restaurant to write complaints

  The hostess wanted to sit us in the main dinning room When I asked if we could sit in the bar area were they had two open booths she said it was on hold. It was a Tuesday evening & it was slow. I had her ask the bartender if it would be okay & he said he would be happy to serve us. So she had to clean a table for us & she was not happy. The main coures was very good. I had the filet minion & it was perfect as requested medium with sweet potatoes. I only wanted my potatoes with butter which is how I ordered thembut they added cinnamon. The bread was cold & not fresh. I ordered a 2nd bread & it was slightly warm. Other outbacks that I visit on a regular always brings the bread hot & fresh. I asked the server who delivered our main courses for Steak sauce & it was never delivered. The staff needs better customer service training. I will not be visiting the Outback Steakhose on Central Ave in Yonkers again.

  LITERALLY AMAZING. PERFECT. Food is absolutely delicious! And for service, I wanna say Derek, the young gentleman with braids, was super kind. He spoke very kind and was patient and checked up on us if we wanted refills or anything. The atmosphere is so cozy, too! I love Outback!

  Have not been to this location since it opened and regret going back probably the worst dinning experience I've had in over 10 years! I used the "Wait List" and set time for 6PM for 2 dining, even though it should no wait at this time, we arrived at 5:55 and checked in, the hostess could not find my name in the system even though I was showing her the call wait list confirmation email so she decided to add us back to the wait list unbeknownst to me for a party of 6, not 2. After waiting an additional 25 mins and watching 6 other parties that arrived after us be seating I went up and questioned the delay. Another hostess told me "we just do have seating available for 6 yet" and I informed her that it was only 2, she immediately took us to a table but I requested to speak with the manager. A female Mgr came over and made matters worse, after explaining what occurred all she did was make excuses for everything and seemed not to have the time of day to listen to her customers. The world famous bread was cold and did not have that outback flavor, the steaks were dry and we both had loaded baked potatoes but no butter or sour cream came with it had to find another waitress and request the condiments. It's a shame this location has become what it is with a manager that should not be customer facing without any service skills! Will never be back!

  It's extremely disappointing to say this will be our last visit. We understand it's Saturday night and busy, but it's unacceptable that we arrived at 8:20pm, and we sat at 8:25pm. We ordered at 8:50pm when our waiter arrived, and now it's 9:50pm, yet our food did not arrived. Only item we receive was drinks and one appetizer. We informed the manager that we are walking out and will not be eating here again.
