What you'd expect from the Outback steakhouse- quality meats, good drinks. Staff can be a hit or a near miss, but I came in at a very busy time, so I won't be too critical about it. Don't touch the provided tablet with games unless you want to be charged $2.99 for some silly games which you can get for free on your phone :-)

Food and service is the best... but I forgot to ask for my cheesecake that comes with the meal. It was five meals...

I came here on Veterans day to celebrate two of my cousin's birthdays. We all had a terrible experience. I understand it isn't easy to serve a big group, however, the simplest tasks were overlooked apart from the most important ones. Despite the server trying her best to keep us all happy she failed. First, drinks took way too long for some people in our table and very quick for others. A simple bottle of wine took an hour to get to our table but 2 cocktails took only minutes. A simple request of water took longer than asking for a cocktail. Most of the utensils were still dirty despite being rolled up in a napkin. As for the food we all had patiently waited a very long time for was lackluster at best. Most orders were wrong and most of the food was cold when given to us. I ordered a steak medium and my wife ordered a steak well done. The steaks were swapped. I ordered a baked potato and got mashed potato. Out of everything I ordered the only thing that was good was the chili. I understand that Veterans day may have had an impact on the restaurant, however, if they cannot accommodate to a big group after the fact then they shouldn't let us have such a terrible experience. I will not be spending my money in this establishment ever again.

I dined at Outback in Yonkers, NY, yesterday evening for lunch with my significant other. The service and staff were really great, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere. However, we had an upsetting experience with our food. While my partner was eating, they began to itch and break out in hives. We soon discovered mold growing on the outside of the sweet potato, which was very concerning since my partner has a mold allergy. We had to go next door to purchase Benadryl immediately. While the staff did offer us our meal for free, the situation was quite scary and upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously to prevent such incidents in the future.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not be returning!Came in with the fam last week for dinner. Waited 7 minutes until someone greeted us. The bathrooms were filthy. Water on the floor, tissues and napkins everywhere, broken dispensers just a hazard for my small children. When you open the door to go into the stalls it smelled like WEED! It was so bad i thought we were going to get a contact high waiting.I saw someone standing in the handicap stall on the right side, assumed it was a mom changing her baby. When the door opened out of the stall came a waitress with red braids & the smell of the weed intensified! As soon as we made eye contact she rushed out of the bathroom. But not before cleaning up her mess. She left PIECES of weed all over the changing table right where she was standing. Thank God that I use Clorox wipes on every surface before laying my son down. If my son would’ve ate a piece of weed Outback would have a serious lawsuit on there hands. Worst part is when I came out and found my husband that very same girl ended up being our waitress. She said her name was SKY. I tried to change tables but was told this was the only person with an open table. I was beyond annoyed but we stood. We had already wasted time and gas driving here & I was hungry. Food was decent & priced reasonably we had a 3 course meal. But our drinks and bread [which was hard] came out with the salads. After the food was dropped off sky disappeared. She left for so long I had to send my husband to the car to get us water bottles and THATS where he caught our waitress outside on the side of the building smoking a joint! The disrespect and the audacity was enough to make us leave. We waved down another waitress for the bill which we shouldn’t have even paid because we barely ate the food, didn’t get our waters and didn’t even get the cheesecake that was supposed to come with it. On our way out we saw our waitress entering through a side door. She saw us and started hurrying over to us asking if everything was okay her eyes were glossy as hell. I couldn’t even speak to her without going off my husband told her “ were leaving. the money is on the table” used to love coming here but they have changed so much and hired new people who clearly don’t care about anything. I will be going to NJ location next time. If you come here make sure you bring your own Clorox wipes, changing pads and water bottles!
