I love this restaurant. Milagros is a manager that always has a smile and third to help me. I know that sometimes customers have attitude but she's refused it. good for her, because she is there for help us. 👏👏👏👏. I go to the restaurant 4 times a week. The food is good. the time is a little bit hard because not enough employees. 4.9 of 5 Stars 🤩

waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes just to be told at the window that they wouldn’t be open until 11. it said online that they were open and no one had the courtesy to tell everyone waiting in the line wrapped out of the entrance that they were closed. merry christmas i guess.

I want to start by saying that I work in the food industry myself, so I always try to lead with patience and understanding toward anyone working in this field.
On Saturday, December 20th, around 8:30 PM, we placed a to-go order consisting of nuggets and four orders of fries. When we got home—about 30 minutes away—we realized the fries were DOUSED in salt. I have photos to prove it. This is not an exaggeration; the amount of salt felt intentional, and I truly don’t understand how this could happen. We have children, and none of them could eat their food.
The nuggets also tasted noticeably different than usual, which added to our concern. By the time we noticed the issue, returning was not an option due to the distance.
We are always respectful and kind to employees, and we understand mistakes happen. However, this experience resulted in a loss of time, unnecessary stress, and a significant expense—this was not a $20 order, but nearly $45 wasted.
Additionally, the man at the drive-thru window displayed poor customer service. When we asked for the remainder of our drinks, he did not say a single word and responded only with what felt like a sarcastic smile. His demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. He never responded to anything we said. Nothing. Just looked. Check on that man because something is amiss.
Management needs to be more attentive to employee behavior and food quality, because experiences like this drive customers away. Unfortunately, this visit has made us decide not to return. I’ll take this as a sign to stop eating at McDonald’s altogether.

No tolerance for senior citizens and their caregivers. If you don’t like your job, go somewhere you are appreciated or whatever makes you happy, Alejandra. Alejandra the manager talked down to my grandfather and mother who went out to have a cup of coffee. A beautiful morning turned into a horrible day.
