The rice is consistently al dente and freshly seasoned to perfection with a variety fresh crunchies (bean sprouts(?) celery(?) scallions (?) ...) blended and balanced to compliment but not overpower. The portion size is as generous as the shrimp size and I usually get 2 meals out of one order. A true jem in WH!

The bowl was delicious, well put together, flavorful, and food felt high quality. The sushi was fresh and tasty too. Overall, everything was terrific and I’d definitely come back again.
