We waited 10 minutes to get our initial bag of food which was totally wrong. Gave that back and waited another 15 minutes to get what we thought was going to be our order. Unfortunately, we didn't check the order the second time, come to find out they took the first bag and added a chicken sandwich. Wasn't even close to what was ordered. Absolute disaster!! Probably the worst experience ever at a MCD!! Recommend avoiding this place!!

I will never spend another cent here. Waited in line for over 30 minutes because my kids wanted to try the grinch meal.. the line was at an absolute stand still, not even moving slowly. I got up to the window and the kid who was very unprofessional, immature, and obnoxious kept swearing and saying that I had my entire order when in fact I did not, we were missing a 10 piece, a drink, and all 3 straws. He acted like I was being an inconvenience bc he couldn’t do his job right. This used to be the best McDonald’s now it’s the same as the rest - garbage. You also cannot do the survey when they don’t give you your receipt, I’m sure that’s intentional.

The most inefficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It used to be a good one to go to several months ago but the service has greatly declined. Expect a 25 minute wait for “fast” food every Thursday night, cold food, and make sure to check your order for correctness. I never thought I’d be commenting on a McDonald’s.

food is great but every time i order they have to forget something one time my 40 piece nugget was missing and today i order 2 orders happy meal there’s no toys in there they need to focus on their work

Absolutely unacceptable service. We were over charged on our order and we asked for a receipt and one was not provided to us. We notified the clerk we were over charged and we would like to speak to the manager , the manager told the clerk… “i am not going over there to help them”……
