I noticed it’s different than mayo because it’s only one side where the slime sticks to the patty and becomes stringy. Did NOT eat it and glad I looked first! Won’t be going back. Check your food before you take a bite.

The staff asked me to pull forward out of drive-thru lane and park in a waiting spot, and when I asked about the delay, they became defensive and spoke to me with attitude. I requested to speak with the manager, but shift manager was unhelpful and dismissive, telling me that maybe I shouldn't have ordered a double quarter pounder if I'm not patient. Her response was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. Following up with my complaint, it has come to my attention that shift manager provided false information regarding her name.
