    I've never waited longer for "fast food" almost 40 minutes and nobody cares. Go inside nobody waits on you, try the drive thru which is stacked up to the road, or call and nobody answers... don't waste your time! And don't use the mobile app if you're not able to wait that long, because then they have your money and your food... and you go back to work hungry

    I understand people complaining about the wait, but I'd be willing to bet no other McDonald's is the tri lakes gives you your food as hot as this one does. I'm alright with waiting if the food taste fresh and hot. Best McDonald's in the tri lakes.

    I'm assuming it's new management because the past few months this place has been horrible. Wait in line for a good 15 mins. Inside they look at you and make you wait. You ALWAYS have to pull up further to wait for food. Items are never correct. The adults are the worst. The hardest workers in there are the kids. One lady can't even take a order.
