The staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer, and that’s the main reason I stop by. As for the food, it’s honestly pretty average and overpriced for what you get. The flavors and portions don’t quite live up to the cost, so it’s not somewhere I’d recommend if you’re going purely for the food. But the team behind the counter makes the experience much better than it would be otherwise. If Melt Shop ever matched the quality of the food with the quality of the staff,

Won’t deliver the rest of my order. And the food we did receive, looks like absolute garbage. I wouldn’t feed it to a stray dog!!
