The staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer, and that’s the main reason I stop by. As for the food, it’s honestly pretty average and overpriced for what you get. The flavors and portions don’t quite live up to the cost, so it’s not somewhere I’d recommend if you’re going purely for the food. But the team behind the counter makes the experience much better than it would be otherwise. If Melt Shop ever matched the quality of the food with the quality of the staff,

She looked really busy but she stopped what she was doing and offered to help me with no problem. Give her a raise! She alone deserves 5 stars but I’ll give it to the whole store instead!

The first time my son placed an order with them for delivery, they forgot to include the burger- this was 1/3 of the meal. Also the first item in the order but somehow it was missed and somehow it was Uber eats fault. Then when we called to get a refund, they said they would issue it and never did. Now I have to go out of my way to go to the restaurant to get my money for food I never received because the staff is incompetent and doesn’t know how to issue a refund to a credit card. Definitely would never recommend. You will waste your money and time.
