The meal is supposed to be quick and cheap but the employees are rude and most of the time put the order in wrong. Wait times seem to be high lately too which could be due to not having enough staff and or poor supervision and management. Fortunately for McDonald's they know people keep coming back because it's easy and low cost for busy days when you just need to feed kids.
