Girl at the window said okay pull to the window, pull up and wait a half hour for the car in front of me and the worker to talk and laugh. Finally get to the window to get my order and she says we dont have that order. I had confirmation for my order and they took the money, but nope that wasn't good enough. She was very rude and said I dont know what to tell you I cant do anything about it. She asked if I was at the right one so I gave her the address, she didn't know it and had to look it up. Told me she dont have the order and "call the app"... HOW? Any McDonald's I have ever been to apologizes and with confirmation will get you your order... Not this one. Just absolutely horrible service and horrible staff.

Dining area doesn't close till 11 but they had it half shut down at 8 with chairs on the tables. Unpleasant staff! Bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in a week! Disgusting, won't ever be back!!
