Charming spot to sit by a fireplace on a fall day, watch the ducks and geese on the pond in old Roslyn with a great Italian meal. Service friendly, food delicious.

3.5/5 Not so Felice after all My wife and I just moved into the area and many friends and locals recommended we try this place out. It had been one of the top restaurants on our list for a while. We finally ordered some food, for pick up (we have 3 kids under the age of 6) and decided to give it a try. First impression, prices are ridiculously high. We ordered the Tagliata di Manzo ($54), Conchiglie Al Salmon ($30) Rigitatoni Carbonera ($29) and a few orders of grilled chicken and sides for the kids. Our grand total after taxes came to $175! - Absolute madness, however I’m all for paying for great food so I was willing to fork it up. After picking up the food and bringing it home, the portion size was disappointing. I’m from the Midwest, if I’m gonna fork over $175 to feed my family I better have left overs. Well, we didn’t, in fact there was barely enough to fill one person. Just disappointing. 4/5 The taste of the food was good, but it wasn’t great. It just wasn’t anything special, the steak was cooked well and tasted good, the pasta overall was good but it just didn’t have that “omg this is amazing taste” or the dang we have to come back taste. The service was sub par which is why I gave them the 2.5 stars. My main complaint here is that when we got home we found out they forgot to pack the carbonara, so we called them and then I had to drive back to pick it up. Usually at these high end restaurants they’re super apologetic and will add a desert or do something to try and make up for their mistake. Not here, they just gave me the food and I was in my way. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the money we paid for and the value wasn’t there. I will say just standing and seeing the atmosphere it looked pretty incredible. Advise to management - offer free deserts/apps when you or your people make mistakes and drop your damn prices or fill up the damn plates!

Easily one of the best meals I have ever had. I go to a lot of great places all over the world from top Michelin star restaurants to things that are hyped up like Carbone and Torrisi on Mulberry street. I grew up here in my childhood and NYC. I have been around. This is an incredible restaurant. It was our first time, it was a Sunday night busy service. However, there was not a single complaint. From the homemade Ravioli reminiscent of a spot I grew up on since 1988 in NYC named Mezzaluna; Lexington between E 57th-58th. Special red snapper from Florida and the hazelnut cake better than Carbones with the best vanilla gelato I ever had. Place was incredible to say the least. Atmosphere was really beautiful and a great location. Will be dining here constantly now that I know...

We wanted a special place to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday, and Felice Roslyn was just perfect. We had a lovely table and a view of the lake. The food was just exquisite and the staff was friendly and attentive. Felice really delivered for my Mom's special day!
