When we were there yesterday for lunch, a roach crawled out on the table from where the salt and pepper shakers are. I captured it under my water glass and made the server aware. I understand things like this can happen in a restaurant, so we didn’t make a big deal and leave. They apologized and let us move to another table. When we got the bill, we were surprised that they didn’t compensate us for anything. Not a single drink or anything was taken off. We were obviously a bit grossed out by the incident, but had they made an effort to make it right, I would not be writing this. I guess we’re going to have to find somewhere else to eat when we are in the area in the future.

The food was pretty disappointing too. My burger was a shrunken meatball that needed water to swallow. $18 for a toppingless burger is robbery. My friend got the fish n chips and said it was like mashed fish.
