Many times I go to Giuntas for produce (which is wonderful there, fresh, well laid-out, and what a selection!). There is often a stink coming from the meat department and from behind the milk cases. Yuck. Very often grossly understaffed in the checkout lines (another difference with Giuntas). I am friendly with many of the checkout personnel though. Nice people (except for the occasional snotty teen/college-age kid who comes on duty later in the day or on weekends and who barely acknowledges you - which is not USUALLY an issue for me since I mostly shop on weekday mornings). Some of the non-checkout staff who do the stocking are not too pleasant though. Five years after COVID began this store STILL has issues with things often missing from shelves, necessitating me to go to another store. What is going on with that? Still having supply-chain issues when we're almost in 2026?? Very frustrating. And get rid of that stupid robot.

I purchased a package of caramel popcorn. When I got home and opened it, the seal under the cap had a gaping hole in it. I then noticed that its Best By date was October 10th (it’s currently the 27th). I returned to the store with my receipt and asked if I could exchange it for another of the same, which they had no problem with. I went back to the aisle and carefully checked all of the expiration dates for the same product. To my surprise, they all carried the same date of 17 days ago. My two questions become 1) who is checking the dates and rotating stock?, and 2) did the person that stocked my item take a handful of it for themselves before putting it on the shelf?? Probably won’t be back here for a while.

New price for Dawn Dish Soap$8.79 lmao! Yogurt $7.79 ahhaa! went shopping other stores today Aldi/ Lidl half the price. Got 2 bags of groceries $45. Shame on you!
