I didnt get a receipt and im waiting for wings for 40mins so i just wanted a refund and someone (who im pretty sure is the manager) said they needed their supervisor to refund which can take days. They were trying to gaslight me into thinking i didn’t order the wings at first but i showed them my bank transaction. This has been the worst service i have ever experienced and ive worked at fast food so i know what its like but it takes 2 mins to do a refund.

When I called to see what happened, the person that answered the phone ( Jovon, or Chovon) simply stated he failed to get that portion of my order to my Dasher. A failure is a failure, as the Dasher said he had a short conversation with this person.

We use to always sit down ourselves and there was never a problem with it until today he started screaming at us and said we have to wait to be seated. Asking us what we wanted to order without even giving us a menu. We just turned around and walked out. As long as that guy is still working there I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut.
