No service at all but default tip at 18%? Don’t know what’s going on but the employees all had a very annoyed look on their face. Also having employees that don’t speak English in a store in manhattan just sounds crazy to me. I asked a girl with glasses about how long my order is going to take and I couldn’t understand a single word she said, really bad attitude. They do have many 5 star review because you can get a free soda if you post one. Despite all that, what made me completely disappointed at last was finding a piece of hair in my food. This is just disgusting… Would never come back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else
