I sat for about 15-20 mins alone and no one approached me to take my order. I watched the servers casually stroll up and down like runway models, even glancing at me with no acknowledgment. Are they there to look cute? Very terrible customer service here which was disappointing since I had this spot saved for a while. The good thing about NYC is that there are tons of great restaurants to pick from which means you don’t have to waste your time here. I happily walked out after being ignored and dined elsewhere :)

Saeda, the manager, was amazing. She came to talk to us, thanked everyone for their patience, and apologized for the wait. She was literally doing everything possible to help. Even when some guests were impatient and not very nice, she kept smiling and handled the situation professionally. We were a group of five and only waited about 10 minutes. Other groups were seated at the same time as us, which we really appreciated. I truly appreciate the customer service and the way everything was handled, even though it was very busy and stressful. Thank you so much 😊 we need more people like you 🙏🏻

( klebrige Tische, auf dem Boden liegt Müll, Tische werden kaum abgeräumt und es zieht an jeder Ecke .. fast alle Gäste sitzen mit Jacken dort .. Essen dem Preis angemessen, Service her echt nicht.. knallt die essen auf dem Tisch … Essen fast kalt und ist nicht für neue Order erreichbar (wir hätten noch was getrunken und Dessert bestellt )
