This place is one of the best spots in Midtown I fully recommend coming. Food and drinks were amazing. Ryan was also a great server that made our experience that much better.

The fact that the $20 artichoke dip came with ONE pita cut into 4 and had over half of the dip left even after covering each piece, and how they wanted me to pay more for more pita…put a terrible taste in my mouth. The entrees were delicious, we had the ravioli and the burger. But the insane pricing with literally one pita to dip was a bit outrageous, hence this scoring.

Hidden jem. We discovered it today in New York. Without this, the New York experience won't be the same, really. Dim lights, vintage decor , a bar, a piano in the background. And Mr. Skip Brevis playing the greatest American hits. Great voice, funny interpretations, and a talent for connecting with the audience (he got someone who's not an extrovert to sing songs in a language he doesn't know – believe me, that's a feat). Sitting there, we felt like we were in a scene from Top Gun, you know, in a bar where the pilots were partying. Absolutely amazing! Steffany Miller sang some of the songs with him; it was quite a duet. Skip's deep voice, combined with Steffany's voice, complementing it, and Skip's daring passages made this evening memorable as the quintessence of Americana. We may forget what top of the rock looks like or what a bagel tastes like, but we won't forget this evening. PS2. Even if you don't need to, go to the restroom-very in style! PS 1.. Nice chaps everywhere, charming waitresses, and the restaurant desk guy at the exit is super cool. PS2. Each guest is charged $10 (for music) and you have to spend $25 per person. But the beers are great (I recommend the Bronx), so you'll be happy 😉 PS3. There are two levels there: a regular pub upstairs, and an American music paradise downstairs. PS4. We had reservations, but a few seats were filled before 10 p.m., so maybe it's not necessary.

Fantastic, strong cocktails and great food in a really nice atmosphere. The place has 3 levels (downstairs by the washrooms there is a lounge with live music and a speakeasy vibe). We were upstairs. Cozy. Friendly servers. We had the maison caliente and 3-piece suit cocktails. So awesome. Then we had the burger and the sesame soba salad with salmon. Food was delicious; only good thing I said salmon medium, cos it was past medium, but still wonderful. Perfect amt of food. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall is it was a bit too expensive. Bill came to 120 with tip for just 2 meals and 2 drinks.
