This place has an amazing vibe, super chill and chic. The meatball appetizer was amazing, I don't know how the did it but they were the best meatballs I've ever had, insanely juicy, tender, flavorful and the sauce they were in was also amazing with a bit of a kick which was great. Both the meat and the pasta dishes were great, amazingly cooked and seasoned. The options for drinks was mind blowing and the cocktails were super! Definitely recommend for a chill sit down. The staff were also great super fun and attentive.

my whole family and I (7 of us) including my parents were in town for the weekend. snowed 5-6" . the Parlour room took all of us with a late reservation. we could not have been more impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. they put us in a cozy booth in the back with planty of room for all of us. my two nieces who were with us both have tree nut algergies and Jesus , ,our waiter , was so kind and made sure they didn't get anything not heathly for them- even bringing them ice cream when they couldn't find anything for desert. this place will be our new "Go To Spot" when we return to NYC. great spot ask for Jesus. can't wait to go back!

The place is very welcoming and romantic, with a lovely atmosphere. We ordered chicken, steak frites, calamari, a wedge salad, and a beet salad. Everything was delicious, except the steak, which arrived cold. We asked the server to reheat it, but instead it was replaced. Unfortunately, the second steak was still cold, closer to room temperature. By that point, the rest of my family had already finished their meals. I couldn’t understand why couldn't just heat it up. The manager was kind and offered to remake it a third time, but at that point I was ready to leave. The steak was removed from the bill, which I appreciated, but I ultimately left hungry.

I’m visiting from out of town and Made reservations via Open Table for my family to dine here on Christmas Day/Birthday Celebration. It was not disclosed that the Three Course Prix Fixe was the only menu being served. I was looking for to trying the calamari as well as the pasta.. additionally we had a child in our party and was told by the first server that she must also pick from this three course menu that was $95. I feel having a party of 8 and being forced to order so much food is not reasonable. In ordered the Prime Rib which was an additional $12, however the Prime Rib was extremely over cooked and tasted like Roast beef. Typically prime rib is served medium rare to medium. We told the manger and he offered the butternut squash risotto and it was not good in my opinion. It tasted like oatmeal, covered in pepitas. I would of assumed that the butternut squash would of been puréed and made it creamier rather than being chunks of squash. The star of the show was the meatballs. Those were in fact very tasty. The service my family received was very disrespectful and makes me never want to give this place another try. The waiter we had ghosted our table when we ask to explain the courses in detail. The manager however was very friendly and tried his best to help. Mind you it’s Christmas. I felt we were treated poorly by the severs and rather than just explaining how the menu works the server left called the manager and didn’t return to my table. Like I said, I’m also here celebrating my birthday… horrible experience.

Omg this place is awesome!
The food was spectacular! 10/10. I wish I had photos but we gobbled it all up far too fast. Mike, our server was great. It appeared like he had quite a few tables on his roster, but he still managed to give us and everyone of his tables generous, kind, and outstanding service. If anyone should get a raise, give it to Mike!!
We ordered the deviled eggs, calamari, crab cake, kale salad, and wedge salad. All were amazing. The crab cake was warm, flaky, and tender with a delicious vinaigrette slaw. The deviled eggs were flavored well, the calamari was crispy and tender. The salads were well prepared.
The atmosphere at the Parlour Room is definitely unique. Very warm, cozy, and elegant. I wish I wasn’t just visiting so that I could eat here everyday. We also ordered 5 or so drinks. All were well made, we were very impressed.
Overall, highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. And give Mike a raise because he’s outstanding!!!
