Every omakase bite was better than the one before. Kin, the chef was amazing too. A couple of things held me back from the 5th star. Firstly, the entire17 course experience in 60 minutes felt rushed. You're paying $300 + extras + drinks ($425 total on the night) in 60 minutes is too fast. You don't get a chance to relax and really savor it. A similar experience at Ginza Onodera (way more expensive) lasted over 2.5 hours for instance. The second thing is there's no desert option. You end the night on a great piece for fish, and it's done. All in all though, the sushi is worth it. It's amazing, and that goes a long way. Check out the pictures.
