Finally, with only two people left, ain't my food. Total time, 25+ minutes. Burgers ok but not worth the wait. They had plenty of tables even around lunch time.

Additionally, our order, consisting of 2 burgers and a fries, took over 40 min. After requesting an update multiple times, the employees told us that the order had been taken by someone else. When the food finally arrived, the fries were drowning in the garlic sauce, the burger bun was fully soaked, and the slaw had brown edges on the side. We decided to dispose the food directly. Please don’t visit.

Viel schlimmer ist allerdings die Toilette... trotz Code super dreckig, Toilettendeckel liegt abgetreten daneben, kein Toilettenpapier

Incredibly small milkshake portion, way less than I have received at other locations. All the drink fountains were also broken, and I was only offered Coke or water in exchange. The employee handling order distribution was also unfriendly and initially forgot about my fountain drink (I had to ask about it). Judging by other reviews, it seems the service here is a regular problem.

I love these high energy Dominican ladies (Aralis, Ambar, and Kerly are the few I know). I also enjoy chatting with Darling when he’s working. The service is great and the food is made delicious. They mostly all know I love enjoy extra pickles. Many thanks again, ~Marsha
