  Star provided an amazing customer experience. They were extremely helpful with our order and giving us an estimate of how long the food would take. Five star service for Star.

  I ordered and went upstairs to use the restroom and had my friend waiting for my order.After 30 mins I went to ask for my order and the manager of the store told me she have the order out and that she can’t do nothing about it . First of all if you have the order out without checking their reciept that’s the stores fault and you shouldn’t be blaming the customer for waiting to long to speak up. She made the burger again but acted as if it was my fault for her error. Very disappointed in the service.

  I am a loyal customer of Smashburger, and I must express my profound disappointment with the service I received at this particular location on the evening of October 30, 2025. Upon my arrival, the staff appeared to be engaged in personal conversation within the kitchen area, and it took a considerable amount of time before I was acknowledged. Other customers who were waiting ended up leaving because they were never acknowledged. When I was finally noticed, I was simply instructed to "let me know when you're ready to order" from a distance. After indicating my readiness, I was further delayed as the staff completed their conversation before taking my order. Following my meal order, I experienced an excessive wait for my milkshake. When I inquired about its status, a staff member informed me that they were not responsible for milkshake preparation, leading to further delay. By the time I received my milkshake, my food had become cold and soggy. Unfortunately, this experience resulted in me becoming unwell.

  Pessimo su tutti i fronti. Maleducazione e poca chiarezza per non dire disonestà nella spiegazione dei piatti. Alla mi richiesta c’è’ il pepe nell’ hamburger la loro risposta è’ stata no. Ed invece c’era … quando sono andata a chiedere spiegazioni hanno negato Risultato Ho pagato per non mangiare Il mio compagno aveva chiesto perché nel suo panino delux non ci fosse il formaggio come da menu ed ci hanno chiesto il supplemento di 1 dollaro per aggiungerlo Per finire in bellezza ci hanno fatto uscire dalla sala dove mangiavamo per lavare per terra dicendoci che era chiusa … peccato che fossimo appena arrivati 😅 Scegliete altro …
