- JLJim LNov 16, 20255.0This place is in the FiDi on William around the corner about 2 blocks from Joe's (on Fulton) and comparably priced. Hands down this place has far tastier pies due to their superior crust and sauce. I had two variants - sausage pepperoni: your typical NY Slice with a crispy bottom and foldable. The sausage on this one was a tasty Italian crumble which I prefer for its crunchier texture (versus slices of sausage). My other selection was their "upside down" pie. This was a square cut, not quite as thick as a Sicilian with a remarkable sauce (tomoato forward, both tangy & slightly sweet and savory) and a crust that was super crispy on the bottom and light and airy in the middle. Absolutely outstanding!
