Pura Vida completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, Mateo and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — you can really tell they care about quality and ingredients.
I especially loved how vibrant and balanced the plates were. It’s the kind of place where you finish a meal feeling satisfied, happy, and already thinking about what to try next time.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I know about this brunch from Miami and I was so happy to know that they opened in New York Bryant Park because it’s really hard to find not only a good food but organic or real food without additional sugar here. It’s my regular place to visit. I took roasted salmon with avocado side and cappuccino with matcha cookie. I love coffee that has great taste, they know how to make real coffee without over boiling milk. Matcha cookie has good ingredients that is also important for me. Service is amazing, I don’t know why some people in reviews complain, maybe they’re too sensitive. Just amazing place and hope they’ll be here for long time.

This location always gives me trouble. They don’t allow any changes. I asked to remove a garnish and was told no. They refused to double toast my bagel, and it came out cold. During a lunch rush, we asked to have our food plated but the staff said no because we didn’t have a table. After we checked out and found a table right away, I asked again to have it plated, and they said the order couldn’t be changed. I didn’t ask to change the order… I asked to just put it on a plate literally two minutes after we ordered. The Noho, Nomad, and UES locations always provide excellent service but that’s not the case here.

Ate lunch here for the first time and had a really positive experience. I think it’s a nice place to get a healthy lunch or snack, and will def come back in the future. No wait to order, my food came quick, it was fresh, and all of the staff was helpful and kind. I work remotely and could see myself coming back here in the future to work if I’m in the area. It does get very busy around lunch as you can imagine, so I’d plan for that.

A perfect representation of the pura vida brand lives conveniently in Bryant Park. The warm welcoming atmosphere greats you at the door and ushers you to the cashier. The staff was genuinely polite and carried out their tasks professionally with kindness. The quality and execution of the food and drinks were consistent with many of the pura visas that I’ve visited. Well done my friends!
