He cleaned up a huge mess that was left behind by the guests seated prior to us and we were so thankful! He made sure the table and seats were clean for us so that we would have a good experience. To their credit the staff offered to refund the entire meal. However, the credit card charge ended up posting with no refund. I have reached out to customer service’s dedicated email address, and so far have not received any response from them.
