I’m complaining because I have spoken with the owner already and she’s actually very rude and unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. The last two times that I ordered the rice was burned and it tasted Really burned in the chicken was so overcooked that as I chew it, it was very rubbery. I couldn’t even finish my food. Had to throw it out and for the prices that they’re asking for this is completely unacceptable. I pay like $15 each lunch. So do better please bc the food was really good at one point and I don’t know what has happened

It’s really unfortunate bc I used to frequent the other location (now closed) and also upsetting bc I don’t experience this anywhere else I order food from. Please ensure your enployees are covering their hair properly. The first time it was a really long thick strand. The next (and last) time for me, which was today, it was a shorter curlier strand. Disgusting either way.
